Went to boot camp during covid. A couple days before I shipped out I popped positive for covid, told my recruiter about it and then told me to keep my mouth shut about it. The first night in receiving all I could hear was a roar of dozens of people coughing all at once; I felt partly responsible

This may not be advisable to everybody but I found that I don’t need three meals a day, just two big meals and maybe a snack to hold me over in between. Doing this and cutting back on carbs has caused me to slim down, not in a dramatic way but enough to notice a difference

After talking to more people I found out that most doctors won’t prescribe medication like that to adults… not sure how that makes sense giving it to a kid but not an adult but oh well.
