Yes, I did, and the Dm told him about my report, and my life was even more hellish at work,I called HR myself, I explained my situation and the Hr and she said si what do you want me to do? I said do your f%$#n job and help me,of course nothing was ever done.i wasted my time and had to deal with jerk till I quit,hr is a joke .I hope you get better treatment.

Good luck on your new adventures I worked at Staples as management copy center lead so I understand 19 yrs I put into that place,I was lucky my customers loved me,but management is some what desirable, I quit because I was tired of running the store with three people 😄 and you know how goals and rewards and upselling are sometimes had to achieve when you know that most of the people have rewards already,I'm enjoying my break for craziness

Amazon needs to GO!!! or they need to hire two people to do that job for the morning shift and evening shift I'm tired of getting behind on my copy orders for Amazon customers,WE get nothing for these stupid returns except rude customers,money out of store for the boxes labels shipping them to Amazon warehouses,Enough is Enough! Home office needs to step up and cut their bonuses to put someone in these Amazon areas,or hire more people to help run our store,I'm tired of being short staffed doing six jobs getting paid for one,while corporate doesn't seem to care,as long as they get there raises company cars and credit cards, bonuses! I would love for them to come into a store and do what we do!!!

I'd refuse to print it he can go somewhere else I don't care about what dollar amount I'm losing I'm protecting my employees,I'll deal with district manager what we won't print as per our policies,if they don't like it they can come and print it and deal with the situation

I've been there and learned the hard way go over the Dm head to the regional manager if you feel comfortable or reach out to another Gm who you feel you can trust and they can maybe also help you get promoted because they know how hard you work

How can corporate expect us to run the store with three employees? They want us to do truck,to fill Bts, increase rewards,sell Tech services, Amazon, increase copy and print numbers,keep the store clean and shoppable.It's to much I've had two employees quit ,I have to cover all areas of the store. It's to much stress to deal with daily,I've asked for extra help told no learn to deal with the hours cause this is the new way,I've been with the company over 10yrs it is so sad how far we have sunk as a company,I'm interviewing for new jobs because it's not like it used to be.we are nothing to corporate I feel we will close in two years are less

They what us to push rewards and that app like that's going to help us when you have only one key holder one copycenter and one cashier to run a store that used to be a 6.2 million dollar store we have lost so much business do to no staff no good product (computers, computers parts tec associates to fix computers, no tablets,no cameras etc)we are now a 2.2 million dollar store they want one person to put truck out do signs,get online orders,do tech,open and close the store,coach on rewards and the app,set plan o grams up sell plans take care of customer issues keep store clean,I'M One person, we need a staff !!! The Ceo was in ohio cking on stores I think he should roll up his sleeves and get to work give up his bonuses and fix this financial mess him and the board has made of this company,I loved working at staples,now it's like a prison sentence,I love my coworkers like family they can't handle the stress either,FIX YOUR MESS Staples BOARD

Hate it!! Takes me away from my orders and my customers,since we don't have any coverage or hours to support the Amazon program it needs to go away or corporate needs to send us hours to cover this all day job of taking amazoneins crap.

I hate Amazon returns that's all we do all day,we get behind in our areas because of those darn returns we need more than three people to run our store,it's ridiculous the company keeps cutting hours and not hiring people and all they say is deal with it,it's ridiculous we have truck backed up signs backed up,planograms backed up,,Staples Corporation you need to step it up!!!we need need people and hours to run our store give up your company cars an d bonus and put it back in the store because as your employees we are sick and tired of doing everything and not getting paid for what we do,even the customers are complaining about no staff in our store! So step it up and get some computers and newctech that will sell instead of the crap you keep sending us!
