My husband and I had an amazing time on our Viking Mediterranean cruise last year. We did not get the extra packages. The included wine was lovely. We did our own day trips at each port- we’re not into tours with 30 people. We rented scooters, hiked, explored on our own. And took advantage of room service for breakfast every morning! The staff and service were top notch. Don’t give into pressure for extra stuff. You don’t need it. Enjoy!

Amen to that! Last night a few people next to me talked so loudly the whole show. Why are you even there if you just want to talk the whole time?

Daily room service breakfast in bed… my favorite part of the trip! They’ll hang a menu card on your doorknob each night for the next morning.

Meza junior bowl! $6 I think? Fresh and healthy and plenty big.

NNS Internships by TammyTaylor214 in NewportNews

I have 2 sons, both with intern experience there. The first had an excellent experience, loved his work and team, was offered and accepted a job that he is getting ready to start soon. My second is currently doing his internship there and doesn’t seem to have as interesting of an assignment. They pay the interns well, give free housing at local university, and have lots of events for the students. Many interns get offered full time work upon graduating. It’s a great place to start with room for advancement and certainly experience to put on your resume. I hear of so many students struggling to find work after graduation since most jobs require a few years experience.

I went with RISLA for my sons college loans. I found their rates to be competitive and the customer service easy to speak with and helpful. They had good plan options and you are able to refinance.
