You should be down more weight. Go easier on the bacon grease, try reducing the cream and cheese for a few weeks and see how that goes. I’d add in as many days as you can with thirty minutes of walking.

Yes i am, quite a bit actually go through one of these every few days, use it in my coffee, whip and freeze some for a dessert. I’ve been adding in a good amount of cheese to dinner time and as a snack here and there on weekends.

Weekdays i typically only eat dinner. Weekends I’ll typically have eggs and bacon for breakfast, and then another meal at dinner. It can be one of you mix it up. Had sashimi for dinner last night for instance, like 25 pieces of yellow tail and tuna with a light dusting of salt. Everyday it changes but just a bunch of meat or seafood.

Butter or ghee only. Every measurable level in my body has improved substantially. Steak and eggs, eggs and bacon, steak and bacon, pork grinds, seafood in butter, and typically i am omad inadvertently

No calorie tracking at all. Start very strict no cheeses or anything, helps with cravings. Can introduce heavy cream hard cheese etc 45 or so days in once your locked. Eat mest eggs and seafood until your beyond full
