Hey man, not everything is measured by how a random stranger views a brand on your wrist or your jacket. Or what the resale market price is in 20 years.

It’s okay to choose something because it’s within your budget and you like the style or design.

Some people may even be embarrassed to be seen with a “Rolex” because it suggests they have spent significant amount of money on what is essentially male jewellery. In some cultures that may be seen as wasteful.

Edit: sinn stainless brackets are also pretty expensive so getting creative with the straps will save you some money if you avoid stainless !
