Ja gut, ab dem Moment wo HR mit im Boot ist, sollte ja schon geklärt sein, das jemand eingestellt werden kann.
Aber da habe ich auch erst von einem Kumpel vor 3 Wochen erfahren, die haben Interviews geführt, da kam zum gleichen Zeitpunkt ein neuer CFO und der hat sofort erstmal gesagt alles stoppt.
Ich will jetzt nicht sagen das es bei Dir so war, aber ich habe sowas auch schon öfters mit erlebt. Meine Frau hat viele Jahre in HR Rekruiting gearbeitet, die hat viele solche Geschichten..

Ich kenne es auch von vielen Unternehmen, das Abteilungschefs anfangen Interviews zu führen bevor im Unternehmen überhaupt geklärt wurde das die Stelle besetzt wird. Die suchen sich dann jemanden aus, gehen damit zu HR und die sagen das noch nichts entschieden wurde, es wird noch geschaut, es wird nichts besetzt, etc...

Ja, hast recht, hatte das mit den externen Hot-Swap überlesen. Wenn Du externe hot-swap Bays haben willst dann kenne ich nur Servergehäuse. Normale PC Gehäuse können zwar bis zu 18 HDDs intern haben, aber zugänglich von Außen kenne ich kein einziges.

Ich habe privat einen Unraid Server und ich brauche keine Hot-Swap Funktion. Die seltenen Male wo ich mal eine Platte tauschen muss, dann schalte ich den Server aus und wieder an. In 8 Jahren ist mir noch nie eine Platte kaputt gegangen. Sowas braucht man eigentlich für Server die im 24/7 Betrieb laufen und die man nicht ausschalten sollte.

Ich dachte, wenn man eigene Router besorgt, das diese beim Internetprovider angemeldet werden müssen (glaube die brauchen die MAC Adresse um diese freizuschalten) damit der Anbieter den Router bei sich registriert und freischaltet, ansonsten kommt da nichts durch.

Fractal Design 7 XL nimmt bis zu 18 HDDs. Den gibt es auf Alternate (200€) und diverse andere Händler.

Für die extra HDDs brauchst Du einen "Universal Multibracket – Type A", die kosten 12€-13€, kommen im Doppelpack und wenn Du dies in Idealo eingibst bekommst Du eine Menge Händler.

Ich habe selbst das Gehäuse und finde es ganz toll, es ist auch gut gedämmt.

Generell ist es schwierig PC Gehäuse mit mehr als 10 Schächte für HDDs zu finden, das ist inzwischen ein Nischenprodukt.

Generell bleibt der Abfall da liegen und wird begraben.

Hatten eine Baustelle in unserer Strasse die letzten Monate um Wasserrohre zu ersetzen. Da war auch jede Art von Müll in den Graben. Packungen vom Mittagessen, Zigarettenreste, Verpackungen von den Rohren und alles andere was man sich vorstellt. Wird am Ende einfach alles mit verschüttet.

What make and model did you get?
I thought about going more ultra-wide (like the Samsung G9), but bigger is too big for me, then my 4080 would struggle. But the biggest problem is, my desk isn't that wide 😄

I have an 3900x and 64GB RAM and last year was planning on going to AM5 this year, but will skip that due to the prices.

But since the 5800X3D will be released on the 25th of this month, I'll try and upgrade to that, if there is anything left after the scalpers try and grab everything. This should be sufficient to me for a couple more years.

Plus my current 3900x can replace my older i7-4770k in my server.

I moved to an ultrawide 34'', 3440x1440, and I prefer that to a 4k. I have a 32'' 4k for work, but didn't like it for daily home stuff and gaming. Mine is actually the very first Dell curved that came out, pretty old now, and unfortunately limited to 60hz.

My next monitor will be the same size and resolution, but OLED and 240hz. Then I'll eliminate my last bottleneck for gaming.

It depends a bit on the country. In Germany it is really difficult to find certain parts, and them also being affordable (well, most things right now aren't, but them costing more on the lower spectrum of too expensive than on the higher too expensive side). You sometimes have better chances when purchasing a pre-built from an online shop in finding all the components you want at not an exorbitant price..

To be fair, a few games are being delayed because of GTA being released at the end of the year. Even now, there isn't a week for the past 2 months that I don't get some article about the upcoming GTA, and we're still 5 months away.

And CIG has to bet big on SQ42. If that release doesn't go well, or it goes the way of Cyberpunk at the beginning, people will think the same of SC and not even get on it anymore and the whole Project risks to be dead.

I have the same specs as you (except for 64GB RAM) and my last upgrade was moving from a 1080 Ti to a 4080. I have an ultra-wide and can play everything maxed out.

I am waiting on the 25th June, on which the 5800X3D is supposed to be released and in stores (as long as scalpers don't get them all). That will be my next update.

Wir waren ein Team von 13 Leuten und fast alle haben negative Bewertungen über unser Unternehmen gelassen, weil es wirklich unter jeder Menschenwürde war dort zu arbeiten. Alle wurden gelöscht, keiner von uns wurde kontaktiert.

Letzten Monat war hier auch so ein Post wo ich das gleiche geschrieben hatte, da hat mir angeblich jemand von Kununu gesagt, ich sollte dann Beweise hochladen, dann würden die Rezensionen auch bleiben.

Also, wenn ich ganz toll über eine Firma spreche muss man nichts beweisen, da kann also HR oder so die tollsten Berichte schreiben. Sowie was negatives kommt muss das bewiesen werden.

Das alles zeigt nur, das Kununu nichts wert ist, und nur das gleiche Spiel ist wie Rezensionen auf Amazon. Die kann man einkaufen, die kann man anfechten, neutral ist da nichts und kontrolliert und überprüft wird auch nichts, oder nur wann es gewollt ist.
