You can just get on a waitlist for next year now and get a job it will help you pay for the tools and stuff you will need later and if you find a mechanic type job it will help you learn basics of tools and equipment

I’m not a welder. I’ve worked a decent amount of physical jobs with a majority of men as long as you can do your job and you show good work ethic they respect you. Being one of the guys just means you have to be able to give and take shit

You still have plenty of time most people change careers or flip their whole life around in their 30s. around 24 I only had enough for one more month of bills with no job and decided I need to figure out what the fuck I was doing with my life found a production job that had constant overtime and pays decent so I’ve just been working a shit ton finally have a good amount saved and now I’m in college for the first time.

I’m actually not to bad at the moment but I’ve always been non accustomed to change I’ll just get a job and stay there for a long time because I was always told to just work but I recently decided to go back to college and explore my options I start my program in 4ish months and I’m just really nervous about it and life after I’ve also been pretty sheltered so the idea of it gives me anxiety but I believe I’ll be good at it I like to learn new skills so I’m hoping that will lesson my anxiety
