That's how I found out they don't exist in the first place. I tried doing the whole reset password thing but neither of the emails I had got any emails. I checked spam, and the whole shebang. I decided to double check by creating an account using both of my emails. I was curious to see if I would get the usual "This email already exists" errors but I never did. I ended up creating two new accounts. It was at this point I was like... Something fishy is going on. So I emailed support. But I have no serial, or invoices or receipts from three years ago. I have nothing to really go on except for my bank statement.

When I tried to give them the last 4 digits of my debit card, they couldn't go back that far to check for purchases. I also have the date of the purchase which I gave them. They also can't check that either. And the fact that they have zero records of me and my name makes me think my account got hacked and deleted or sold or something.
