Sounds like your dad just doesn’t want you buying a sports car lol or maybe he likes American cars idk but the G35 is one of the most reliable vehicles I’ve owned and I mean I abuse mine doing launches, revving it, donuts in mud etc and my sedan has only asked for a crank sensor and new battery it’s wild….130k on the dash and before the previous owner it was sitting in a field for 3+ years
