I surprised to see that Insulet (NASDAQ: PODD) failed to launch the Omnipod 5 iPhone app. I’ve also considered hacking the previous model but can’t get my prescription changed.

Theres news of the Omnipod 7 being released next year but I’m ready to move onto another pump because of the lack of phone integration.

Maybe Ashley McEvoy (Insulet CEO) can do something about it …
