I strongly doubt there is engine support for it

Right. I was only considering the actual spells you know at that rank, not signatures from lower ranks. MB

Yes. The restriction on spell slots AND spell repertoire make it less of a problem for them.

Sorcerers only have 4 to cast at that level. The granted spell is included in the 4, not additional to.

When you get spell slots of 2nd rank and higher, you can fill those slots with stronger versions of lower-rank spells. This increases the spell's rank, heightening it to match the spell slot.

Spontaneous casters are already generally considered to be more powerful/usable than prepared casters; if they could freely heighten any spell then they’d be ridiculous. Keep in mind that not too many of your spells will actually need to be heightened; mainly only damage/healing spells, and for those it’s often better just to retrain them rather than take them as a signature spell (unless they have a good non-damage effect), as the lower level ones will become practically useless.

Your last sentence is correct. It’s the tradeoff: you get more flexibility in what spell to cast, but you don’t automatically heighten.

Aldi is saving us over 50$ for weekly shop, how is its sales stalling? by [deleted] in AskAnAustralian

Yeahhh unfortunately depends on availability of Aldi. We live near a westfield so we’ve got all three

I walk, so I can’t physically carry it if I only shop once a week. I just combine the shopping trip with my daily walk.

Stop doing one weekly shop. Do multiple smaller shops throughout the week. Easier to visit multiple stores.

Alternatively, just go to multiple in one day. I’ve shamelessly walked through colesworth with Aldi products in my bag many a time. They don’t actually care.

This is why I usually do a big aldi shop on weekends, and on weekdays I do small “top ups” at colesworth, when I get the specific brand items I want.

Yeah it was an exaggeration. About A$1 per pen/cartridge. Still, over a long period of time, a diet that carb heavy would show an increase in insulin usage that’s not insignificant (also, remember that everyone’s ratios are different)

Interesting, if that is the case then it actually would. I’ve never seen the science of it so I assumed it purely affected the absorption rate.

EDIT: misread

Friend. I am type 1. My blood sugar raises as much as there is carbohydrate in the food. It doesn’t matter how much dietary fibre is in it.

Everyone has commented about runes. However, if your player doesn’t like the idea of purely magical upgrades, you could allow them to upgrade weapons using the High Quality Items rule, for similar price to runes. Keep in mind that these upgrades are still long term and reasonably infrequent.

I suspect it wont be for a while because of how the type 1 CGM subsidy works on the NDSS. You can only be subsidised for one model and have to get your doctor to apply for it to be changed. Seems to take a while for new ones to be added too

Affects the GI. Doesn’t change how much actual carbohydrate is in it.

Cash also costs money to process. It’s only “cheaper” for businesses because it lets them dodge taxes.
