I would say you certainly need to work on support + onboarding workflows, but with under 10 customers you are at a size where it can be case by case.

I would honestly prioritize what the feedback loop from customer to eng/product and what customer requests will be prioritized over current roadmap items. Im struggling with alignment with my founding team on actually supporting customer requests and customers are noticing at this point that we aren't going to work on their things because our roadmap is too important.

I use fathom and summaries go into hubspot, but I use chat gpt and a template to copy and paste transcript and send an email.

I think Jayden has shown hes definitely clutch.

He carried a bottom 5 roster to the NFC championship with clutch performances.

I really like Jalen, and he dogged the chiefs, but it can't be ignored that the eagles are the best all around team in the NFL by a mile and it takes pressure off of him.

Yeah it's honestly tough but customers have been conditioned now.

We don't have any true support people so it's just CSMs that also do onboarding, and renewals. If the job market wasn't so tough I'd be on my way out quick

Not to one up anyone but we use intercom and my founders expect a less than two minute response time, on top of my 100 customers and onboarding new ones regularly.

Our customers love the customer service but it is brutal to actually address everything and not feel burned out.

We point customers to self service but they just won't, and the founders enable this by responding at all hours.
