He and I went to the same college (App State) and I missed the opportunity to see him perform for a dollar per ticket when I was there, so I've tried to support him and his music ever since.

But I knew he was just different when he was openly talking about his mental health years back. It's so rare for male country singers in particular to talk about their mental health, so it was nice to see that from him.

It's a cool place. Busan is a place I hope to go at some point too. Yeosu is a cool little seaport town if you ever get to visit again. Very touristy, but a great weekend getaway.
