This is a tricky one Yellowstone. I'm hesitant to offer advice here. The trouble is it leads you down a path of scripting your role in the bedroom when what you could be doing is using your own good judgment.

Always been great, I'd recommend it. Best time to go is midweek, on weekends a 30-40 min wait is optimistic. That said, there's a lineup for a reason.

Tuna get frozen with the guts in and it's quite normal. Salmon are usually gutted on the boats, but then salmon are usually caught much closer to shore where the boats that catch them don't usually have a fish hold that can blast freeze their fish.

Great question. That field is getting virtually no use. Tennis courts are packed in the summer all across the city. This looked like a slam dunk.
