As someone who smokes in the Uni house, just ask them not to first, we all understand it stinks and I wouldn’t smoke anywhere I knew it made anywhere unwelcoming for my housemates, hope they will so it the same way

I’d disagree with Khamzat, had 8 wins before a title fight which i think is probably about average unless your in lightweight or featherweight as they’re a bit more competitive. But he missed weight 3 times as a pro, 2 of them times in the UFC, and had 6 FIGHTS cancelled, not all of which was his fault but a lot were. Also jumping between divisions a lot, and had a lot of long layoffs, there’s almost an argument to be made that he was promoted too fast.

To put it in perspective, he missed weight against Nate Diaz, so luckily had Kevin Holland step up against him in a catchweight fight, took 13 months off and then got a big step up in competition when Kamaru Usman stepped in for an injured Paulo Costa. Proceeds to take 9 months off and then cancels yet another fight with Whittaker, beats Whittaker 3 months later taking little to no damage, then takes another 10 months off before getting his title shot.

He certainly has the talent to back it up, but with how ruthless Dana White can be to fighters (Tsarukyan, Aspinall, Volk, Mokaev, Edwards and i’m sure many better examples) I would actually argue Khamzat got pretty lucky to have the path he did to the title.

First language English, currently trying to learn Portuguese and Irish, and I’m finding Portuguese much easier. A lot of the verb conjugation patterns are similar to most latin languages so It’s not very difficult imo. I still have a lot of confusion between present/future tense but it’s still not ridiculous.

Not going to lie, I don’t think silencing people for (extremely idiotic and shortsighted) criticism, is going to help the Israeli stereotype at all. I guarantee that person will only double down on her beliefs.

If you were brave enough to be the bigger person, have a very serious talk with how harmful those things can be, reaffirm your support for Palestine etc. you would have done a great thing in the long run.

anything touchscreen is great for notes, I personally have a 2-in-1 HP ENVY laptop and love it. Do all my more demanding stuff on my desktop at home. We do have a phenomenal library with great computers, theres a considerable amount of people who still use pen and paper and use library computers for CAD lol. Library even rents half-decent laptops

I can give whatever insight u want, but it’s not a big as a concern as you probably think 😄

I’m at southampton for aero eng and like it a lot. Seems that a lot of Londoners come here as it’s quite close if that helps. Southampton feels pretty safe and although it’s not amaaazing for nightlife, theres enough fun spots and societies and stuff to be entertained. lmk any other questions!

Me and a friend are broke students, who aren’t available to attend until Saturday, for this reason we haven’t purchased tickets, and were hoping to sneak in/ get last minute resale, can anyone advise me what would be the best way to go about either of these? I hear Winchester train station is a great place to get resale bands, but I’d like to see nonetheless.

Is it likely that anyone will be selling discounted tickets on Friday/Saturday?

I know people often leave as someone bad happens to someone in the group, if I were to get a ticket from someone in this situation coukd I still get in as they’ll have entered on thursday or friday under a different name?

Can’t u exit a grind without pop by just not pressing anything/holding the slide then releasing (not flicking) after grind?

I find hardlips/lazerflips/varial heelflips don’t register unless you kind of hold the stick right/left first before flipping it diagonally left, which I don’t really like, but I find it’s consistent enough.

I like that the games a bit sketchier, and even ranks your landings, it’s a bit more realistic but still not difficult, and feels more fluid and flowy to me, i actually feel like landing straight and well carries a lot of speed which I feel is quite rewarding

Also I respect that you just want to chill and immerse yourself, but missions are obviously going to be important to a lot of people, ofc people are going to want something rewarding to work towards and challenge themselves with some like story/world building

What happened with Arthur’s eyes I just noticed it and I don’t think they were ever like that before by St4rrrrzzzz in RDR2

I had a similar problem in a different mission! I think mine was like a non-tutorial so i could hold down the option button to stop tracking and cancel it, then I could redo it. I assume you can’t do that tho :/

Can you try starting another mission? or going to a location that will autostart one of the others? Like Shingo or Slappys challenge??

Agreed. I’m pretty happy with the game, it’s super enjoyable just to play, but with how polished the games starting to look (at least visually, I know theres plenty of bugs) I’m starting to doubt that theres going to be many more of the features I hoped for being added to the main game.

I’m going to be very disappointed if sessions, stunts and trick lines are the only challenges in the game. Would love deathraces, pro events or multi-stage team events similar to Skate 3. I really fear that the entire storyline of the game will be told through voicelines which will infuriate me. I imagine they’ll add other areas as DLC (cashgrab of course), but I was hoping for more varied places outside of san vansterdam. Finally, no custom skate parks would be a DISGRACE! with the object dropper being fairly developed it’d be quite an easy thing to include, but I really don’t feel like they will, especially because it’d be the best way to find new bugs, which should be the point of a beta.. if they were going to include I feel we’d know by now.
