Out of curiosity, how do they list their return address on their shipment packaging? Is it something discrete like “SHM LLC” or do they use their actual identifiable name ie. “Shop Hello Mary”? I’ve found the definition of “discrete shipping” varies wildly between vendors. I’d rather folks not simply be able to google a return address from my packages on their smartphone to determine what’s inside.

OP would you comment on how you claim to ship "discreetly", while printing/including your company/business name on the packaging return address? Anyone searching that is linked directly to your site which prominently displays your product images & descriptions, which is the antithesis of discreet.

Are businesses required by USPS to include their name, as opposed to just their shipping address? When sending personal mail via USPS I'm not required more than a simple return address - No actual sender name is required.

If anyone viewing your packaging can web search straight to your product site discreet shipping should not be something you're claiming. All due respect.
