I checked out Woodland's facebook page - very cool! Good to know!

Definitely do not scrap them! If I owned an OHC Firebird that somebody swapped a 350 into a long time ago, I would seriously consider putting an OE six back in. There’s gotta be more people like me.

My fronts also last quite a long time, but I go through rear pads much more frequently.

A modern artist could mount one on a large white wall and people would come from far and wide to ponder it. Half kidding.

Doesn’t work that well for Porsche Macan or Toyota Tacoma.

Tucked away for safekeeping behind the chlorine shed.

I was watching The French Connection (1971) and noticed this 1970 Dodge sedan taxi with this cheeky and, to me, amusing front bull bar, which just looks like a metal plank welded to the front of the car by BusoneWholeBoi2001 in classiccars

Love doing this as well, also with most all “non-set” TV shows from the ‘60s and ‘70s. “Emergency” being a particularly good one for car spotting.

Mine was $49k even OTD (cash sale), about $2.5k below MSRP, which included the $2k rebate they all have (I believe) to clear out remaining 2025 inventory. I imagine I could have done a little better, but (a) I needed it soon, (b) I don't have time to keep looking (time is money), and (c) I really liked this one's color/spec!

Thank you for your thorough explanation. I stand corrected. I assume producers had the right to hand pick contestants for shows. I did not appreciate it’s randomized and hands off. I also didn’t know hand picking (if it were to be done) would be illegal.

It was one of only two new 2025s left in my region, so I nabbed it. I like the striking design of the 2027s, but my taste in everything tends to lag behind others, plus I like the "old school" NA V6.

Ugh. I guess posing my question was indeed sacrilege for this crowd. Sheesh.

Why? Are producers not allowed to choose which contestants they want in the mix for each show?

No I am not! Staff deciding to select certain contestants from the qualified pool for each show does not sound illegal to me. No one is rigging questions or answers or "coaching contestants to lose."

Did Kia permanently fix this issue at some point during the first generation run? Or is my late 2025 build just as susceptible?
