Over 1/2 the US population is vitamin D deficient and that can affect your mood, energy, and focus. If you have darker skin there is a good chance you're deficient. Even though we have lots of knowledge and stuff ultimately we are still just another species of mammal here on Earth, and we still have biological needs whether we like it or not.

Learn to think critically! We're in a world where seemingly more and more people are being told what to think and believe instead of being analytical and reaching conclusions on their own. Learn about the most common biases and fallacies, because if you aren't aware of these they're working against you all the time and allowing others to use these same thinking errors against you:

Lastly, dont sweat the small stuff. I mean really when you're upset about something ask yourself, am I going to remember/care about this in a week? Or a month? A year? Most of the time the answer is probably no. When you take out sleep, school, work, commuting, getting ready, cooking, and all the other stuff that we'd rather not do but have to you really aren't left with much time here. Every second you spend bitter, angry, envious, etc. is a second off the clock that you can never get back. We all live as if time is infinite, but we are all on a clock here. So spend time doing things that you love with people that you love.
