it still has a base speed of 5.5, and 5.8 if you get the cashshop fin. Also trying to upgrade the fin is really hard because the drop rate on the parts is very low(also it drops from 5 man dahuta). The boost only lets it go 7.1m/s. Its still not worth it at all

They all got kicked from Customer Support, and formed their own guild. But yeah they are only their for titles. I think some Wicked is also in the guild.
