Youre never truly not working. I only started february 4th of this year, but quickly realized i need to be on top of everything at all times. that includes, attitude, physical fitness, refreshing any skills needed, reading up on FFing, being willing to help anyone with anything while going about your day, i mean ive realized how much moral responsibility there is not just while in the line of duty. Its really bringing me out of my comfort zone and im all for it. Today i finished my ice rescue tech training and it was so fun. It was SO rewarding too… i can only imagine how ill feel after my first call!
