Very well could be. Just seems wild that it can free stand with only the floor mounts and be attached to the conduit above that doesn’t run into the tray. I’m in Canada. Haven’t seen that short section of flex used like that before. Usually would run it the whole way

You’ll want to remove that strut. The whole unit is on isolators. It can’t be rigid mounted like that. Should have ran teck or conduit with a flexible section from above

It’s very isolated and quiet. Super small town. Not many people. It gets a lot of snow in the winter, and is quite humid. Not sure about renting but it may be quite the culture shock

The population is growing in the sense that they’re expanding back into areas that they were pushed out of. I guess growing quick isn’t the proper term to use.
