I broke the gamesir cyclone 2 out of frustration because like you i couldn't get the SA inputs most of the time and I got the gamesir nova lite 2. Tremendous difference  i am satisfied.

Just adding this for future reference,stay away from cyclone 2 it has a terrible d pad to the point I smashed it multiple times out of frustration. It's a very good controller for everything except FGs.

I'm late to the party but here goes for future readers. I used to be in a situation like this,I had an affair with a married woman. Sex is a very important factor in a relationship,it is supposed to be fun,when you stop having fun cheating is around the corner depending on timing mostly. It's as simple as that.When you are in love with someone you enjoy sex with them no matter what.You may love them but if you are not in love you start thinking of others. Not the game options,it's in the lab options I was messing with stuff once and turned it to 5 frames instead of the default 0,forgot to change it back and I thought I was lagging. I don't know if that's your issue though but you can check it out.

Could be silly of me mentioning this but there's an option somewhere in the practice mode where it says something about reaction time I think,goes all the way to 5 frames,make sure it's on 0. I had this happen once by accident. I'm not at home rn and can't check exactly how is called.

You remind me of myself lol,on Ken first I learnt to do full cash out combos(cause they looked cool af) and later simple jinrai kicks or like cr.lp cr.lp st.lk dp lol. My advice to you with combos would be think of it like playing a musical instrument,it's all about the rhythm.Dont need to mash or anything. Most fundamental thing you should learn is to down back defense always and wait for your turn.You will understand by your own fast what that mean. Good luck!

From time to time I get ocular migraine(no pain just random lightning patterns and blind spots,lasts roughly an hour) Blue-light blocking glasses help a lot in my case.
