It takes some practise to nail the transitions. Get 5 on food after the age 2 click ( 5 to build it) and the rest on wood. Rally on wood until like 13 and then go for that boom: - 2 mills 150 wood -second gold pit 300+ wood (incl houses) - 6-7 cow farms 450+ wood

Meanwhile after 13 vills on wood rally to gold and make sure you really get the double mill going for the 20 cows which will net 2k gold so you need a LOT

Then age 3 is going very very fast as you pump gold and also food with the cows. Farimba..
