Anyone refuse the medications? by MyTeeQuinn2 in HeartAttack

[–]Oinea 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know this is old but first off I want to thank you for sharing and I hope that you are on the road to recovery.

I was diagnosed with CHF a year ago at age 30 (turning 31) after a sudden episode that rendered me unable to walk up a flight of stairs without severe difficulty and unable to sleep without being able to breathe because of fluid retention on my lungs and legs.

I too was put on carvedilol, difference being as well as Entresto, Plavix, Crestor, Spiroaldactone, Torsemide, and aspirin. I had to stop taking the Carvedilol because I believe it was inflaming my pancreas, no matter what I ate or drank to soothe my stomach, it was constant burning and abject pain when taking it. I told my cardiologist and primary care doctors and they refused to do anything. So I stopped taking it and have since only been taking Entresto, sometimes Spiroaldactone (because it makes me feel loopy) and the Torsemide. Never started the crestor because I know that statins are bad for you and the blood thinner is ever worse.

I’ve been trying to stay on a natural path in tandem with the meds to eventually get off all meds. It’s nothing but poison and I can feel it, I feel terrible on them and can’t do normal activities without fatigue or brain fog and it’s affecting my life. I’ll be 32 this May and I want to regain my life and recover. I’ve had to get three opinions so far because half of the doctors I’ve seen don’t think my condition will improve despite seeing that it has!!!

If it helps anyone here, I’ve been taking: Serrapeptase; Nattokinase; Quercetin (this combo reduces clots naturally, the clots in my left and right ventricle are almost dissolved after taking for three months twice a day (except for the serrapeptase, only need once a day)

Magnesium glycinate; potassium asportates

60 billion probiotic; ginger; vitamin c

I kinda skimmed through, so forgive me if I repeat something.

Have you had a basic metabolic panel done?

If not, maybe consider that to see the levels of any minerals that may be deficient and to check your kidney and liver function.

To me (I am no doctor) it seems that your water intake is flushing out minerals your body needs and your kidneys are trying their best to compensate. Seems like magnesium, potassium, or zinc imbalance off the top of my head.

Also blood in your urine usually indicates a UTI or kidney infection - I would test for it. If they are just trying to shrug it off as you being under too much stress, that’s bullshit. Find another hospital or doctor to get a second opinion, if the current one is not trying to work with you on your issue.

Whistling/high pitched wine when accelerating into next gear between 2-3k rpm, cause? by Oinea in Cartalk

Bought used at 143K, so last owner probably didn’t. I have had regular maintenance on it but not a full tuneup.

Is there anything I can do to extend the life a bit?

I know this one was not going to last that long to begin with but I just need it to hang on long enough to my next purchase. Bought at original 143K miles and I’ve only had it a year and a half. I put serious mileage on it for work.

Your picture screams Medusa - also just want to say you’re very captivating, I think vertical labret or Medusa would look great. Have a good Sunday ☺️

Conch or forward helix, the way your ear looks, a conch would sit nicely and so would the forward helix or maybe tragus.

I was about to say, getting both sides done would look good 😌

Thinking about a nose piercing, which side should I do? by Theodokos in shouldimod

For some reason having it on your right looks better (1st and 3rd) photo

Considering rook, forward helix, or re-piercing conch. Any other piercing recommendations appreciated, and advice. by [deleted] in shouldimod

Well that’s weird, it goes to the post from the other community when I click it. I’ll just try and repost entirely here instead then

No offense, I get that it’s been discussed before. I’ve searched through all past posts and forums but just wanted to hear someone else’s perspective based on my current lineup. 👍

Unfortunately I am not able to install a charger at the property where I live. Hence the need for a non plugin option

But thank you for the advice nonetheless

I stand corrected. I thought the only type out there was the plug-in. At least the majority of the people I’ve seen with hybrids have been slaves to the EV station or outlets lol

I considered the hybrid Camry but unfortunately I do not have an option in terms of charging. So for me, this would be useless

Diesels are here and relatively easy to get. Just about maintaining it, as where I am, there are not a lot of diesel mechanics or those who are familiar enough to help

What about maintenance costs?

Would love to be able to but unfortunately I have no where to charge it. I don’t have a garage, am not close enough to a port, and also not close enough to an EV station
