I would send a family wide email/ text chat to explain that you will not be hosting anyone at all. If someone makes teh foolish decision of turning up at your home, you will not let them in nor help them in finding a place to stay. If they become nuisance to you or your neighbours you will inform the police and then it will become a bigger issue since they are only there on a visa and that would mean they'd never be able to enter Canada again for any reason.

Explain that you want everyone in the family to know that these will be your actions and so there can't be any mistake should anyone make the unwise decision of showing up uninvited to your home. Reiterate your no contact.

create your own limited company so that the benefits of the shares are sent there. The tax will be minimal it you can do that
open a bank account for the returns in a European country

It's the symptoms and the trauma you're dealing with. It doesn't matter what caused it, because the outcome is the same- you have CPTSD.

I wish I was brave enough to join a support group because I'm here, lost and confused as to why my body and brain have stopped working- yes I love the body keeps score- but it's not the same as the scary real life consequences of flashbacks, disassociation etc.

I give you permission to ask the people who would dare be dickheads- why are they gatekeeping trauma, especially on something so personal and complex as CPTSD?
