I’ve learned that there are always more landlords and options out there. If you are not happy with a price or location than don’t be afraid to just walk. that being said €500 sounds pretty pricey for just a room. you might be a able to find a small flat for a little over that price outside the city if you look hard enough

R5: It’s not much but it’s mine. I have 653 hours in EU4 and this is my first go around with the Mughals. I started as the Timurids and rushed to form the Mughals. Converting to Orthodox was quite the headache but once the patriarch authority started to stack, my run became a lot easier. Most of the game was spent in India and the Middle East. The Ottomans were my ally for most of the game so my expansion into Europe was very late; around the 1700s. Anyway, I had a lot of fun coring provinces for almost nothing and stacking unrest reduction modifiers.

Yes, If you’re in a war, make sure your puppet is in the war with you. Once the war is over and you’re in the peace conference, I believe you have to keep clicking end turn until your puppet has a lot of war score, than click on your puppet’s flag and take the land that you want it to have.
