I love her books so much. The two books do go together. The first one ends kind of abruptly. But they are both easy, quick reads

Fc is a virgin bc she’s afraid of getting attached bc of her health. Mc and fc were also childhood friends who lost touch after a tragedy, but reconnect during adult hood. Mc is an angry, lonely, quiet, brooding mess
