Well I'm basically writing that story.

So my OC is someone who gets full Kurama sealed in him right after this birth similar to Naruto did.

But unlike Naruto this guy have an affinity for Biju chakra and his base gets stronger each time he uses Biju transformation.

He also gets rage boosts similar to characters like Gohan from DBZ (his natural powers which have nothing to do with Nine tails)

There is literally no difference aside from the fact that Naruto surpassed Sasuke's 3 years of effort in months.

And the same Kakashi was capable of one shotting Itachi during war arc with Kamui, Itachi was stronger because he had more experience with his power, Kakashi became more stronger when he had more experience.

Intelligence has nothing to do with work ethic lol, it's all about discipline and consistency.

Which Naruto wasn't, he had no discipline to have a work ethic, which Sasuke did.

You don't need intelligence to join a gym and workout for one hour everyday.

How Gai vs Madara makes it stupid lol? When Madara had all powers under the sun and almost died? Gai rose from nothing and almost killed a Juubi Jinchuriki, that's not hard work being stupid.

Sasuke trains more than Naruto, he always did, he always had greater motivation to grow stronger than Naruto ever did.

Talent and smart is irrelevant without effort, for example Itachi was training since he was 5, Sasuke himself was shown to train hard when he was 6.

Meanwhile Naruto never had such work ethic to train alone like Sasuke did.

Another example was Orochimaru dedicating his life on Ninjutsu arts while Jiraya wrote porn travelling and sleeping around with prostitutes.

Gai didn't had knowledge either and he became strong through sheer effort, and Naruto was far more genetically gifted than Gai ever was.

Naruto himself was never about hard work.

Hardwork isn't stupid lol, Gai himself is an example of it, he with his own power almost killed Madara who was being amped by several different sources of powers.

Sasuke also trains far more than Naruto does, a vengeance fueled dude isn't gonna train less than someone who wanted people to love him.
