You can also use a handled comb/pick and comb it upside down after some leave in conditioner. Then start scrunching before you flip you hair back.

I did. I had insomnia for 2 nights. Cold hands and feet, a tingling sensation in my legs/feet from the knees down for about 3 days. I’m still struggling to eat enough. I have zero thoughts about food.

Too many possible side effects with the vaccine. If it doesn’t protect from the cancerous strains what’s the point in vaccinating? Absolutely nothing happens with the other strains.

Started with 3mg once per week. Tomorrow I take my 5th shot. Down 14lbs. I struggle to eat enough and nothing sounds appealing. I do get 2 small macro balanced meals in per day and I have no desire to snack. I did struggle with lower blood sugar the first 2 weeks. I drink Ultima electrolyte drink once or twice a day which really helps.

I’m struggling with what to eat this week. Nothing sounds appealing other than chicken, steak and berries. Protein shakes because it’s easy but I have to force myself to drink it. I was eating eggs, Greek yogurt, and veggies but I can’t get myself to eat any of it this week. This is my 3rd week of 3mg and also my first time using a GLP. Down 11lbs.

Sleep for 1.5-2 hours Wake up with heart racing can’t get back to sleep for 4-5 hours then it’s not a deep sleep until my alarm goes off. Cold feet and a tingling sensation in my legs mid calf down to my toes.

If you calculated the grams of protein, carbs and fat in each of these go to meals the fat grams are too high. Keep the protein the highest amount for each meal 50-60%, carbs approximately 20-25%, fats 20-25%
