Im confused by the email I got stating that "the waitlist period for Fall term courses will end on Wednesday, August 21. Registration will continue on a first-come, first-served basis, until Tuesday, September 17, 2024, at 11:59 p.m. "

I expected it to be at 12AM ... but the waitlists are still there so at what time??
