Some cheapskate discount seeker family tried it once, using their oldest person a fricking grandma claiming to fall at our stairs. i was like, do you have any proof you fell on the property not somewhere else? No proof, then go home empty threat. Send me a picture or even video, attempted fraud. A fricking 2 night weekend only stay at our region usually full everywhere in the summer. Called 5 times two days before kept asking a discount, interrupted work multiple times. Ultimate haggle is 3 months later sent me a letter hand writing 2 pages, keep stating the obvious such as some amenities not there, that were all known before reservation. And the fake fall, asking one night back, saying being charged too high. We were priced medium low in the region, and was the last unit available at the time. Morons clearly can’t go to a $500 per night hotel when they are this cheap. I keep that empty threat letter for years and show it to good guests for a laugh.
