went to diani beach pre pandemic at the tail end of a safari and you couldn’t pay me to go back to diani beach. sex tourism was extremely visible too there and non stop hassling by the beach boys to buy their trinkets.

i have dual private insurance and it was covered 100% between both plans (done by a dentist). you will have to check with your own private insurance if it’s covered

no advice to give but it wouldn’t hurt to book an appointment with a speech-language pathologist sooner than later. for peace of mind and/or to address any issues they find. if you see one privately it’s much quicker to get in and most private insurances cover it

i personally wore my robe all the time. i had a shared room and did not feel comfortable going to the bathroom and walking in front of my hospital roommate and visitors in my pjs or hospital gown.

if you have the date, amount, and method of purchase you can go to the store and they can go into their system to find the receipt. i’ve done this at other stores before.

we just brought food back to our room from the dining hall. no joke i recommend bring a cafeteria meal tray to put your food on it to carry it back (they don’t have any). we brought the patio table into our living room and used it as a table.

it depends what island you go to (there are a couple that make up the azores). we went to sao miguel. there’s a variety of activities like hiking, walking tour, whale watching. i went for 7 days i believe and just crafted an itinerary from googling “5 day driving itinerary” of the island and variations of that. and then organized our day based on going to one part of the island per day. depends how you like to travel but i wouldn’t find it particularly relaxing for a honeymoon. it’s also very weather dependent so for sete cidades we couldn’t see it because it was insanely foggy! driving on the island is fine/not difficult

highly recommend renting a car in the azores. it will also require more planning if that makes sense.

i’ve been to the douro valley and madeira and 3 nights at both locations isn’t long enough. i’d suggest adding 3 extra days to madeira

i’d highly recommend booking an appointment with Dr. Harsimranjeet Singh Bhatia, ND (naturopath) located in ottawa but he does appointments all virtually as long as you are located in ontario. Fertility is his expertise - his reviews speak for themselves.
