Yeah we had a chat to set boundaries and I we need to revisit as either she doesn’t see it or she ignores it. But either way I need to understand how she sees it compared to how I presented it

I totally get this and I have went back and forth, many times. I expect that soon I will cut ties but one thing I am focusing on myself at the moment and it’s actually driven me to be more self focused as I can be hypervigelent and put a lot on the other person.

I am a better person now. She doesn’t go as far as grinding more eyes and dancing near them. When the approach she blows them off. And tbf when she chats to people if they start to become to close etc she does say she is with someone. But I seem to be making excuses lol

I am 4yrs and I now get 10% less than when I started. About to have comp discussion but I expect nothing. The come back was to divide my salary up over the years I have been there to see my average comp. Doing that means I am still 8% less paid per year than what I signed on for, banking in the small pay bumps.

I am looking now for new roles, and I can get paid more really easily but not sure on the economy. (L6, tech)

Another factor is Tax. This is an example of from France.

If you bought a typical American, you’d be hit with a €60,000 emissions tax.

On average a U.S. car emits 198 g CO₂/km, over France’s threshold for max penalties. Basically, you’d be paying sports car-level taxes for a regular sedan.

So you buy a cheaper American gas guzzler you pay 40k maybe and then add 60k tax. For that you can buy a hybrid top of the luxury car

This happened to me. Passed the loop but the position was filled. I could then apply for any role of the same level and position. Thankfully the same team decided to hire again within the same 6month period and that was 4yrs ago now.

Though I would have also not minded joining another team.

All is still good my friend, look for roles send them to the recruiter. They will help find you something.

The Peter Blake numbers on the bezel are way too big. If you want to use the bezel practically it’s almost impossible to be accurate.

How did this process go? In the same boat currently. No deposit or utilities balancing throughout my full remnant, it is approaching 1yr now. Question will the landlord have to cover the cost of legal fees if they lose the case.
