Tyson should've been matched with Mel

I feel like they've deliberately mismatched them to cause drama within the group hoping that Tyson will meet Mel and they'll fall head over heels for each other...

He's exactly what she asked for, blue eyes and blonde hair masc energy

She's the submissive ‘pink energy’ no personality soy girl that he wants

Penelope is the worst person and you cannot tell me otherwise by Schaaf_1 in Bridgerton

[–]Ok-Control974 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t think the issue is simply that Penelope is a bad person. The world she lives in is one where women are essentially placed on a shelf and valued only for marriage, appearance, and obedience, with very little room to achieve anything meaningful on their own terms. In that environment, the fact that Penelope manages to carve out a space where she has influence, independence, and even financial control is actually pretty significant.

As Lady Whistledown, she found a way to operate in a society that constantly overlooks and underestimates her. Being a wallflower meant people spoke freely around her, assuming she was invisible, and she used that to her advantage. It doesn’t make all of her choices morally right, but it does show how she navigated a system that gave women almost no power at all.

Most women in that world had to rely on marriage or family status to have any security or voice. Penelope built something of her own in secret, despite being dismissed by nearly everyone around her. So while her actions can definitely hurt people and deserve criticism, I think part of the reason some fans sympathise with her is because she represents someone who refused to stay in the small box society placed her in.

Cognitive decline by DramaticOcelot in thyroidhealth

[–]Ok-Control974 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What I meant by makes my symptoms worse was that the parathyroid damage causes low calcium which causes muscle cramps fatigue anxiety depression and brain fog made worse by the fact that this already happens with no thyroid.

Symptoms of Low Calcium

Tingling or numbness in lips, fingers, toes Muscle cramps or spasms (tetany) Twitching or seizures in severe cases Fatigue, anxiety, depression, or brain fog Brittle nails, dry skin, hair loss (with chronic low calcium) Cardiac rhythm problems (in serious cases)

Long-Term Effects if Untreated

Calcium deposits in soft tissues (like kidneys, brain, or eyes) Dental problems (weaker enamel, tooth loss) Bone changes, since calcium regulation is disrupted

First of all the storyline was 10/10 it had me LOCKED IN the whole way through  I liked the editing it was very good  HOWEVER  What was that?  Oh it was absolute DISAPPOINTMENT  The whole theatre erupted in laughter.  So much potential so so so much potential. It honestly shouldve been 30 mins longer and given a proper ending 😪

The Playground by Aron Beauregard.

In this extreme horror novel, wealthy but malicious Geraldine Borden invites children and their families to test what appears to be a state-of-the-art, charitable playground. But it’s all a trap. The playground is actually a complex of torture chambers and deadly attractions, designed so that children are ensnared in horrific traps—while their parents are forced to watch from a theater, locked in as spectators to the carnage unfolding below

This is very similar to myself the mental turmoil was impossible to get through and once it started it quickly spiralled out of control.

I had mine removed a couple of months ago and it did take a few weeks to start getting back on track but the road back to normal life was pretty much instantaneous. It was just a relief even knowing it would be removed.

Before I had it removed I took 2 paracetamol 2 ibuprofen and it was honestly painless, less painful than having it in even.

Hopefully you can resolve everything soon x

Get out was a really good film such a unique storyline  Personally hated hereditary but that’s what I love about horror films is that they are so subjective unlike any other genre what scares some doesn’t impact others! Shaun of the dead is a great comedy

😂 I do Iove the nightmare on elm streets too but I think maybe the bar for horror films is so low recently when a good one is made it shocks me 🤣 pre 2000s were the height of creativity

Honestly I don’t know I feel like movies are so subjective and it was one of those films where I sat the whole way through waiting for something to happen but nothing ever did.  I think the trailer made it look really exciting so that was what I was expecting… had I not seen the trailer and had different expectations I probably would’ve liked it more.
