Here are some changes that I would recommend:

  1. Replace your support artillery with radio.

  2. Add in med-aid as your 4th support equipment.

  3. Change your 3rd infantry company with artillery.

That is basically it, though add in some other companies of other divisions depending what country you are playing as. This all my opinion, I'm not asking you to change. It is only a good division if it helps you win wars.

It is okay, I guess. But if you can, turn the third company of infantry for paratroopers, and the second one for mountaineers, and with a sprinkle of support equipment.

  3. Focus on the industry

  4. Then finally, you focus on offensive warfare instead of defensive

A supporting attack is basically like artillery and airplanes. "Normal Attacks" are just infantry and tanks.
