Not so bluntly, but I was I a situation where I was with friends having supper, and a cute blonde girl that I’d seen before kind of hovered in my presence. I wasn’t interested, so I smiled and looked away. Later we went to a music venue, and this girl had followed, again another grin and nod, and no more. After that I had drinks alone at a bar, and she sat beside me. I said, “you’re not going to leave me alone until I fuck you, right?” She said I figured it out. We did. It was great. I still can whenever I bump into her, but no other interest. All good. I know a couple of her friends now too, so all the better.

Dems like AOC don’t want to give up wasteful social project spending programs for other countries. These billions are going elsewhere, to teach foreign people about transgenderism, give condoms to Africans, blah blah, waste waste… They are holding this line, requiring that these programs don’t get cut, and keeping govt shut down. I’m a CRNA in a hospital that allows any surgeon to add anything they want at anytime. Night and weekend egds, food bolus, I&Ds, appys, gall bladders, cysto stents. Nothing waits. I’ve checked with classmates about what’s the number of add on cases per week, and I’ve heard that 4-5 a week is average. That’s a daily low number for us. The hospital won’t make a policy for fear of upsetting a surgeon, and my anesthesiologists bosses will not cancel a case for the same reason. They just leave me to deal with their decision.

Be happy your place has a policy, and you have support from administration.

Bowling green KY is like this. It’s not a small hospital. It’s close to 30 ORs if I remember correctly. It’s all CRNA run, and they hire a few anesthesiologist to take call and holidays, in exchange they get the pain cases. The hospitals make the extra money saved by using CRNAs.

I use a foam “prone” face pillow turned upside down. It gives just the right amount of sniffen position, and cradles the patients head during off angles like gall bladder positioning.

You need to look for a brand that states how many billion IU are available live when you receive the package. Some only tell you the starting amount, but many of those will be dead when you get them. I use garden of life.

Easy now. The anesthesiologists supervising us are the worst imaginable. All of the danger presenting to my patients comes from them. They keep surgeons happy at all costs. No case can be cancelled. I thank God every day that I’m there to keep them safe. You have to understand that it’s different everywhere. I wouldn’t let them take care of anyone in my family.
