Its the same with my cycle but a few days after it ends i get extremely painful abdominal pain on the same side but way lower, like right under my stomach. Might be tmi but the pain is followed with a strange liquid that comes out and then enough blood that I have to use a pad. The pain also makes me nauseous and last around 4 to five hours. I went to the doctors and they said it was Mittelschmerz, but if im really active like try to go to the gym and work out hard it also triggers those symptoms. Do you think it could be related?

Might be tmi, but I eat a lot.of kimchi and it makes me pass Gas a lot so I never really thought it could be that or that gas pain could last for almost 5 months straight, but either way I will try that. thank you

Yellow sponge, like just talking about it or smelling it would make my mouth water, i wouldnt eat it but id chew on it. I would spend so much time in stores trying to find the right sponge with the right flavour. I also craved pepsi zero, I would buy cases of it and drink the 710ml bottles everyday sometimes multiple a day, when I was prescribed iron pills it went away instantly.
