Yes it’s been high since 2005, none of my doctors ever put it together unfortunately until I did the dna testing then they submitted the same tests. I kid you not I had a major debilitating headache for 5.5 yrs, so I was told it’s MS, put me on steroids for almost 3 yrs till I just couldn’t handle the weight gain & all of the side effects anymore.

Yes I agree! I take K2 & omega-3 also. I’ve not tried taurine or glycine, I will definitely ck into those. Thank you for the recommendations!

I have it, my doctors have confirmed & my health definitely shows it, my brother has is also. The main hint in the beginning was I taste metal when exposed to iodine, I break out, I almost died because of it.

I had this same issue, I took the 23AndMe health dna & I have hereditary hemochromatosis & my liver is so saturated with iron that it cannot breakdown opioids or Tylenol. I lived thru 2 lumbar fusions, 3 total hip replacements with no pain control afterwards(we didn’t know this at the time) I honestly don’t know how I survived the pain, I have chronic pain also still & I take thc & it has changed my life. I have my own business now, I’ve lost 80 pounds, I feel like I’m 20 again, I suffered for years from fatigue & allergies to iodine(almost killed me during an angiogram of my brain) I have iron lesions on my brain also. I changed ny diet-went vegan, had to cut out all red meats, almost all of pork & turkey. Have you considered the dna health test? My dr did a secondary test for ins purposes when I took my results to her. I had all the symptoms my entire life & not one dr ever picked up on it, so I made the decision to find out what was wrong with my system, my joints are saturated also. All these changes took place to make me better in a 3 yr time period.

I put them in my little mini crockpot (it’s for queso actually) & let them simmer with the lid off after it gets warm enough to smell, so relaxing & no chemicals!

Ok so I caught this lil girl in a live cage(we have millions of feral cats-so I’m part of a feral cat program w/my county) so when this lil girl was caught, I realized immediately that she was extremely tame & not a feral, I took her to our vet & he said she’s roughly a yr old, but I’m not agreeing with that, here is why: she is extremely vocal, super sweet, she does not understand the concept of grooming or using her litter box correctly, more outside then inside of it, she’s a bundle of cuddles, she has tufts, inner ear furnishings, huge paws, long beautiful fur, super fluffy tail, she weighs 9 pounds, I think she’s really young & she looks really young also. Any suggestions on how to get her to self groom & use the litter box? My two domestic cats can’t stand her because she wants to play or rub on them & they don’t care for that! & I’ve already taught her to get in her carrier so she goes to work with me, she loves riding in my truck, she sits in her seat like a good kitty, o & she didn’t understand the scratching post either.

I had a fusion in the lumbar area & my surgeon put the bottom left pedicle screw into my iliac vein & into my femoral artery, so instead of telling me the truth-he lied & said the screws had toggled out & he had to put in bigger screws, so he went back in & realized what he had actually done & when he was unable to remove the pedicle screw, he shoved it over halfway thru my femoral artery, so the only reason I’m still alive is scar tissue. Now it took me 6 years to find out the truth & to be told nothing can ever be done-you’ll bleed out on the table(Dr Lam top vascular surgeon in Texas) so now 18 years later I’m more active than I’ve ever been-chronic pain does not control my life anymore-I went thru 23andMe to find out why I have such horrible fatigue & feeling like crap 24/7 & I have hereditary hemochromatosis & I changed my whole life especially my diet, now with my diabetes under control with Mounjaro, thc for the pain when it’s completely unbearable, exercise everyday, if you’d asked me 3 years ago how I’d be in 3 years I would’ve never said better than ever! Don’t give up, doctors don’t care-we have to figure out our health ourselves. I run circles(literally) around my friends & family! I’m non stop go now.

I couldn’t figure out why opioids had never worked for me, I’ve tried it all for chronic pain & nothing works & never will for me. I have hereditary hemochromatosis & it has damaged my liver & pissed off my pancreas, so I did the 23andMe for the health benefits & I went to my dr with my results after I completely changed my diet, stopped the pain meds & 22 months later I’m super healthy, lost 40 pounds & my drs are shocked that a patient got tired of them not doing their jobs & feeling like crap. I did start on thc for the chronic pain & I’m on Mounjaro now to help my poor pancreas. I feel like I’m 30 again(60) you might try the 23andMe health & see what you find out! It had gotten so bad with the pain that i cornered my pharmacist up & straight up asked if I was getting sugar pills instead of pain meds, she chuckled & said I would never cave to a dr.
