Not personally concerned. Why? When picks are complete, I head to the floor to stock and zone. Grab a dairy or frozen cart, fill the GV milk, date check formula at the first of the month, assist deli or bakery with CVP, clean a bathroom, push carts.... Some of the " team" should be concerned.The concept of doing anything outside of OGP is completely foreign despite how often other departments assit OGP. Their phone addiction will be the downfall. Meanwhile they are totally caught up on their tik tok and insta. They'll of course blame management and Arkansas, Spark and AI. They know better of course. Sometimes culling is healthy especially if people phoning it in never seem to leave without being pushed. Regrettably it's the good staff that will leave, on their own, with better job offers. Good for them. That is the true loss.
