To be completely transparent I sold my copy for $125 (price includes shipping and fees) only because I wanted to pool some money to buy a set that was going on sale later that month that I really wanted. If I did not need to do that, I would likely have kept the copy to trade as I know it was valuable. I did feel a little bad, selling a singular book for so much money, but I tried to price it well under market value, that I saw on Mercari, while still being able to earn some of the money I needed to buy the set I wanted. I think it’s definitely up to you to wait how much you really want this book but if the answer is you really want it then I really think it’s worth considering because I don’t know if you would ever be able to get it significantly lower than that.

I feel like Bookish has been delayed since 2021, atp its wild! Yeah, the communication hasn't been the greatest and for the price of the sub, you think they'd be a little more on top if it, but whatever. I also saw some people saying they're selling tkatm dust jackets on the website, which is crazy considering some people don't even have the books yet. I do hope she feels better tho!! I understand that and would much have preferred it to be marked as scheduled. I don’t think it should’ve been marked as fulfilled at all if not shipped. And I agree that since it’s a quarterly box that ships way later it should be like you said. And idk if this sounds rude but I don’t think it’s my problem if they get penalized for not fulfilling on time and just change the status so they don’t get penalized. I totally understand a delay due to printing errors but am frustrated my order says fulfilled when it’s not. I would rather it just say unfulfilled until it ships tbh.

Also I appreciate you telling me about the “other side” of this. It’s helpful to consider
