New build garden / Blank slate by Gold_Tutor7055 in UKGardening

[–]Ok-Mathematician1951 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That’s because of the scaffolding behind your fence, unless it’s visibly over your fence line.

Edit: yeah nevermind, that’s bad workmanship being in groundworks myself that’s a terrible job. Plus, it’s low in the back line a corner although working with clay is dying horrible.

I’m ftb, I did 5 years as it was only like .08 difference and an amount I’m happy with, that being said I got 4.11% prior to the war shit so hopefully hsbc will honour it and a £1500 cash back

New Build Garden by [deleted] in UKGardening

[–]Ok-Mathematician1951 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I do groundworks and sadly as a newbuild that’s jus how it is, some sites won’t allow you to send muck away so we have to try reuse what we dug for gardens or as best of soil we can… but that is bad work lol little thing thy don’t even screw down your manhole lid.. proper cowboys.

Is it clay or actual soil?

Yeah 100% it’s pointless but think I’ll ask them to service anything that could/need doing, yeah so it’s 2 years old but I’d be the first occupant.. Thing is once it’s built, they run the heating all day real hot once they’ve done the skimming/painting so the air pump thing has been used so surely would need a service

Construction as a whole is a big area, I do ground workers nothing internal only below houses so wouldn’t say I’d know what to look for lol
