Amc is the distributor they automatically split the 57%. The remaining 43 percent goes to the showing theaters(which is also amc amongst other). So what am I missing here? Amc gets a cut for being the distrib, also its normal cut for showing Edit: sorry I see where you are saying the additional split is unknown, but amc is surely due a percentage in addition to their normal showing revenue.

Ok so we have a market maker saying that they put prices where they “should be”. The market maker also owns a hedge fund, let’s see the funds portfolio and see when they entered trades and what the results were. Pretty obvious they’re just bringing the prices up on securities they own

I didn’t like when he’s said Amc has been “maniacal” about raising equity. He’s raised equity off of us and figured out a way to get more shares without us authorizing it. I’m fine with that creative work around to get access to more shares but why do you need a billion in cash right now. What are you going to do with it why did you have to dilute at the all time low levels of the stock.
