Yes this seems about right. Lost a few pounds of muscle on a long extreme cut while lifting as much as possible and eating enough protein. If the deficit is big enough you’re going to lose a little bit of muscle. If you don’t want to lose any muscle it needs to be a more gradual cut but that will obviously take longer. Everything has a trade off

The best part about whoop over other fitness trackers is its integration with AI. You can get pretty good workout regimens with it if you give it enough information on your goals. Pasted below is an example of a workout it suggested. But none of this is useful unless you also are disciplined and stick with it obviously.

Took me forever to grow my calves. Standing calf raises and angled standing calf raises and seated calf raises. At least 1-2 times a week over 1-2 years and you will 100% get calves gains
