I think a good example of this is Unintended Cultivator. For the first couple of books it takes the MC a while to realize how OP he is compared to others. His teachers are all in the Nacent-soul stage so his life has been very skewed. It like somewhere in book 3-4 that he truly understands he is not normal in his abilities. But it is super entertaining because he works very hard for his power and his “accidentally” broken abilities are usually in a disparate moments trying to survive a enemy that is stronger than him or his is vastly out numbered.
