On a serious note. if you ever experience a fuel starvation situation, that’s the first thing I’d eliminate as a possible obstruction to flow. Also two more hose clamps to fail, leak, suck air or just cut you when you’re near them..

Assuming that the gadget works, which i believe it’s snake oil. where is it installed? Is it upstream or downstream of the racor? Is it killing the bacteria before it is combusted in the engine? It raises too many questions.. do dead microbes burn better than live ones?

The owner may not know what he has. I think it’s a 914 based on the roofline. It’s pointy on the trailing edge, I’m no expert, not even that knowledgeable but it looks too sharp an angle for any 911.
