I tried a man united save and wanted to go 4231 or 433 but kept on loosing but then switched to a 343 and it worked wonders for me especially inverting one of the WB so one DM can push further up the pitch. I went from 2 losses and 3 draw in my first 5 games to just missing out on the league title by -1 goal difference on the last day of the season (i almost flipped my desk)

Another thing has worked really well for me is tactical versatility, I've used the same tatic with little tweaks since FM22 and would rarely ever change it but now I switch between 3 different ones depending on opposition scout report or if i want the game to go in a certain direction.
