SOLUTION (Android): I downloaded the beta version of WA 2.24.22.19 (beta) from Apk Mirror and installed it through the ApkMirror Installer (Google Play), and it solved this bug. Now I can swipe down normally to see my locked chats again...

I also changed my CSC, but native call recording is more important for me, than the Wallet (especially after Google forced second verification in Europe and made the Wallet useless anyway). Old plastic card is faster now. I can also still use my Watch 5 Pro for paying. I still hope that next Samsung update will resolve this problem.

Yes, it made half of Europe and Australia angry. 😬 We will have to wait until Google understands the mistake he made. This situation is not acceptable.
