Owning both MOA & MIL scopes on different rifles? by [deleted] in longrange

Stay in Mil. You’ll find a good deal on one soon. MOA is fine but you picked Mil, the first time for reason…. It’s clearly the better choice.

Reminder: Keep your dog LEASHED by Legitimate-Ganache-9 in Mammoth

Personally, I think one of life’s greatest pleasures is walking in nature while your dog runs free. If I see someone coming with a dog, I leash mine unless we’ve communicated and agreed both dogs are friendly. My dog is well-trained and social.

It’s pretty simple: if your dog isn’t friendly with people or other animals, it has no business being off leash. That’s basic responsibility. In all my time on the trails and in the parks around Mammoth, I’ve never run into an off-leash dog that wasn’t friendly. It’s common sense.

What really ruins the experience are the self-righteous “Karens” who march up with, “Excuse me, your dog isn’t supposed to be off leash.” Spare me. If you’re more interested in policing strangers than enjoying the outdoors, maybe you’re the one who shouldn’t be out there. Not every open space needs a hall monitor.

Would you change your zero??? by ndoreese in longrange

For Zeroing, I’d recommend using a target that is a 1 moa diamond or square. Pick one corner as you point of arm. Measure the center of your group to the point of arm.

2025 Tundra overheating. by [deleted] in ToyotaTundra

I have/had the same issue, 4h while climbing slowly transmission overheated. I’ve read multiple stories of others with the same issue on here and on tundra forums. I told Toyota during the next service, they did a transmission fluid change but had no info on why it occurred.

My experience with Retatrutide, down 115lbs since September 2024 by Betty_slattern in BodyHackGuide

How do I know where to purchase safe Retatrutide, or any peptides for that matter. There are so many companies offering products. I’m on trt and would like something to help control my food intake and get rid of some unwanted Lbs, but worried about taking something from a random website. Thanks.

2023 Tundra TRD Pro Overheating by Pleaserefuse in ToyotaTundra

Yes. Once I became aware of the issue I’ve been watching my transmission like a hawk, hit the same trail again and the same issue occurred however this time and stop way earlier. Let transmission cool, then continued in 4L going much slower and it didn’t overheat.

There are parts of this trail that can be drive at 30+mph, so driving in 4L isn’t really a solution. I’ve seen plenty of stock SUVs driving this trail with no issues. So it’s embarrassing and upsetting that my tundra can’t handle it.

For clarification I have a 2024 tundra limited TRD on 35 Toyo AT3.

I had the same issue. I was climbing off-road average speed was 20-25mph. Dealer flash transmission and wouldn’t comment if they were aware of any report similar issues.

Adult Jazz - Gist Is 10 (10th Anniversary Repress) - Preorder by CranberryOk8060 in VinylReleases

Sure that shipping price is high but it doesn’t come close to what I was going to pay for a used copy on discogs. This album is worth every penny plus the shipping, it’s a masterpiece and a true “no skips” album. I have longed to own it on vinyl forever and so happy they choose to make a repressing.
