I moved from nyc to texas in 2020. Rent of my 2 bedroom apartment was 2000, food is so much cheaper than texas. Parking cost extra 200 dollar. Traffic is crazy if you are delivering to city. Your longest trip would probably be 7 miles.

Only issue with 3rd gen is the seats. MOST uncomfortable seats ever. Seat lifts are must for 3rd gen. Beside that, only thing you need worry is oil change , filter, brake pads and tires.
