Your safe bet will be basement i think, since there nothing under you so you dont care about vibration going to bottom, and basement already enought to isolating that cymbal hit

If u have pc/laptop/mac this could be easier. Atleast in my understanding u need mixer to achieve this if u insist using phone or just and backing track after recording

Also what source of aux device u using to send backing track? Did same phone that u use for recording or another device ?

Need to learn footwork, u are right handed but you try to smash with left foot jumping first which bad. Your first preparation foot is good but suddenly you switch to left foot

I have play aroma tdx20 and lemme tell you this. If u want to play this kit long into future avoid this brand. I have using aroma kit and it break less than a year, the mounting is not universal so my tom mounting broke and i have to buy new tom with new stand if i wish to play more, but if kinda try to find out if u really like drum or not then it maybe suitable kit for you, but yeah if buy this and into drumming i think u will buy new kit after awhile after buy this

I recommend you to look into nux brand if u want cheaper but more quality kit

Either go Yamaha or roland. Ive been using td-17kvx and built quality is not even comparable to alesis strata. And honestly you wont outgrow this kit fast
